Dr Murtaza Jafri opens LDF x NCA

Professor Dr Murtaza Jafri, Principal of the National College of Arts, is pleased to announce Lahore Digital Arts Festival’s collaboration with the National College of Arts, Department of Fine Arts, Lahore, to establish an active virtual space for the emerging artists of our time working with digital media. The collaboration hopes to facilitate digital creativity and diversify Visual Arts in Pakistan, and South Asia at large.

We will be reflecting on the question which frames the overall theme of the festival: Is reality still real, and if not, what is?

Join us in exploring the possibilities for art in a Post-Reality world. This session will take place on September 11th at 6 pm.

Co-Curated by Rabeya Jalil and Rabeeha Adnan the NCA x LDF Collaboration will be a virtual event comprising of artist talks, critical conversations around the subject and engaging with Digital Media Art through an exhibition of recent graduates from the National College of Arts.
